Wooden Cable Drums
We are able to manufacture high-quality wooden cable drums with a flange diameter ranging from 500 to 3500mm, and with a flange thickness that varies between 38 and 100mm. Our consistently client-oriented working method not only ensures efficiency but also enables us to develop and produce wooden cable drums that are tailored specifically to our clients’ unique specifications. Additionally, custom painting and branding services are available to enhance the product's appearance and functionality. To guarantee durability and reliability, we only manufacture drums using selected, premium-grade kiln dried lumber sourced from FSC certified forests.
Plywood Wire Reels
We are capable of manufacturing lightweight wire reels that feature a flange diameter ranging from 200 to 1200 mm, along with a flange thickness varying between 6 and 32 mm. Additionally, flanges can be glued together in multiple layers to achieve a thickness that exceeds 32 mm when necessary. Furthermore, the core of the wire reels can be constructed from several materials, including PVC, high-density cardboard, or plywood, depending on your specific requirements and preferences.

Counter sunk washers
We have established a strategic partnership with local manufacturers to effectively produce counter sunk washers. These innovative washers allow tie rods to be securely fastened below the surface of the flange, which significantly decreases the potential for shearing and reduces the risk of damage to other drums in the process.
